SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

 

  • You will receive the second email a few days after you place the order. The 2nd email will be sent to you and our printer to proceed with your order. All of our orders are fulfilled manually so please don't worry about it. You will receive the tracking info via the 2nd email.

  • We are NOT responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country. 

  • When it’s the high peak of demand for logistics or holiday/festival/disaster/strike/demonstration…it will be slower according to the incidents which we cannot control.

 

Although we always try our best to deliver our products to you on time, there are often unforeseeable delays that we cannot control. If we notice such events are likely to take place, we'll let you know first-hand!

Note: We send orders to the shipping address, not the person on it. Please make sure your shipping address is written correctly to avoid any inconvenience.
